  We specialize in utilizing teams of locators to complete large scale projects of 10,000LF or more in 1/4 the time it would take other locate companies.  We partnered with many of the regions cable companies providing up to 8 locators on a single project, fulfilling the most demanding of schedules trailing the way for dozens of drill teams installing sometimes 10,000LF in one day!  Since the start of our large project operations, we have successfully provided high quality locates over nearly 4,000,000 Linear feet. After locates have been completed, we have a data collector come out and create a map of the work we did. Although we are not a surveying firm, we use software that connects to GIS for help with accuracy in our maps. We offer both PDF and CAD style maps along with aerial drone photos that we label with street names, direction the drone is facing when the photo is taken, and even house numbers nearby to give further reference. Serving residential and commercial construction projects we utilize high frequency handheld Ground Penetrating Radar units we identify rebar, plumbing pipes, electrical conduit, and post tension cables beneath the surface of a concrete slab.  Whether slab on grade or elevated slab we can use GPR to find you a safe place to chip, core or cut.
